Is Kartlo really free to start?+
Yes — the Launch plan is free forever: 50 products, 30 orders a month, and 0% transaction fees. Your card is validated at signup with a $1 authorization that's immediately reversed; paid plans bill from signup.
How long does setup take?+
Minutes. Name your store, pick a storefront theme, and you're live at yourstore.kartlo.app — products and payment options come next, at your pace.
Can I import my existing products and customers?+
Yes. CSV import and export is built in from the Starter plan up, and if you're moving from another platform we'll help you map the files.
How do I pay for Kartlo?+
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency and billed in USD, monthly or annually.
How do my customers pay me?+
Card, cash on delivery, store pickup, and in-person POS are all built in — you choose which to offer, and COD capture follows the parcel.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every store's data is fully isolated from every other store's at the database level.
